Refund & Cancellation Policy
Quote and booking requests do not automatically reserve a move. A reservation is confirmed only after Thunders Moving confirms the job, date, terms and any required deposit.
Cancellation, rescheduling and deposit terms must be explained before payment. Any approved refund depends on the written terms for that booking.
